The Kaims is a privately run partnership on land on a working farm at Bradford in Northumberland originally owned by the Robson family since 1912.

Lance Robson formed a partnership two years ago with the Redpath and Robson family.

The Caravan Park was opened in 1961, the self-catering holiday cottages started in 1981 and the touring club was opened in 2001.

We are situated close to the village of Bamburgh on the North Northumberland coast. We provide an ideal base for tourists and those who wish to holiday here on a more permanent basis on our static caravan park.
