We have been on The Kaims (formerly Bradford Kaims) Caravan Park for twenty-two years, and have recently upgraded to our third van.
We've always appreciated the friendly atmosphere which exists, and the good relationships between park staff and residents. We've been particularly impressed with the sales process and aftercare we've received from Phil on our recent purchase of a pre-owned holiday home. No small detail was too much trouble for his attention - his concern was to see his customers happy and settled in their new van. He even kept us updated (via e-mailed photos) on the siting process, which was carried out and completed efficiently by Doug and his team, to pre-arranged dates.
Altogether, we are very happy with the service we've received and, no doubt, will continue to receive, on this friendly site.

Purchased a caravan July 2011, shopped around with different caravan companies and caravan sites on the northumbria coast for around 2 months, including the kaims, the kaims at the end of the day they offered the best package deal, The salesman Phil was very open and honest with exactly what we would have to pay , no pressure, no hidden extras or nasty surprises.The whole transaction very smoothl,y Would highly recommend kairms country caravan park.

In May of this year we upgrade our static Caravan. We found the sales office and staff very helpful, there was no pressure of sales. I cannot fault the way that the financial side was handled. the only delay in changing over was caused by the site having to dug out and concreted which it is appreciated takes time. The after sales services as also been very satisfactory. Overall I can strongly recommend Kaims Leisure Park Sales

Buying a caravan from Kaims was stress free and one of the easiest things we have ever done.
We contacted Phil, visited on a Saturday and the following Saturday we moved into our own little piece of Northumberland heaven. His advice was excellent and he made everything so easy. Little touches like the welcome card and the present of the wine made us feel very special.
We live 60 minutes away from the park and spend as much time there as posible, the minute we drive through the gates everything is forgotten and we totaly relax. The staff are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them, we have recently enjoyed a number of excellent meals at the club house, with the sunday lunches particulary yummy.
I wished we had done this years ago.

We were caravan virgins when we came upon Kaims. We had looked at other sites in the area and found them either unappetising or the site owners thought that they had a licence to print money. Phil sat us down and told us all the things we needed to think about the site the caravan and the life we wanted to lead. No sales pressure just good common sense. We had a look at some caravans, came back on a wet day looked again and came back yet again before we bought. Phil was always there to answer our questions and explain exactly what was involved. We took the plunge and all the bits of the package have been delivered without a problem. We are thoroughly enjoying the experience. Our biggest problem has been remembering that we have another home!.
